Meet the Participants of the GlideFit 30 Day Challenge!!!

It is only day 2 of our 30 day challenge and we are already loving it. As we are quite the diverse group, we are seeing different areas of tightness, soreness, strength and flexibility. But as we are seeing our dust shake off a bit we are beyond stoked to ATTACK the next 30 days with 100% FERVOR!!!
