What does being a Glide Yogi mean to you?

It’s an honor to be part of the Glide team with athletes and yogis that are leading the way in the SUP industry and their local paddling communities. Being a Glide yogi serves as a reminder that I am committed to sharing my passion for stand-up paddling. It’s also about leadership, growing the SUP community and creating a positive experience for any level of student.

Top three songs in your yoga playlist?

It could be anything from country music to Trevor Hall to a one-hit wonder from the 90s.

Favorite Pose(s) for SUP Yoga?

Half moon, flip dog and any other pose where you can let go and fall into the water.

Best advice for beginner SUP Yoga:

Jump into the water at the beginning of class. You’ll realize it’s just as much fun to fall as it is to balance on the board.

Fave post-paddle eats?

I’m assuming ice cream counts, right?
