Glide has been the leader in SUP yoga since its inception, and the inflatable paddle board version of our Lotus is perfect for yogis with storage and transport limitations. The O2 Lotus was built with yogis in mind to create a board that is specifically designed for SUP yoga yet also paddles flatwater with just as much flow.

I was excited to be a part of the ever-expanding SUP yoga community, tried a few rentals but quickly realized that the vast majority of participants had Glide Lotus boards. I hated caving to peer pressure but after so many positive reviews it didn't make sense to go with any other brand. The board is compact even fits in my mitsubishi eclipse. The board is easy to set up and break down and is deceptively light. The best characteristic is how stable and easy to paddle the Lotus is. Highly, highly recommended.
I decided to take my time reviewing this rather than giving it a single ride and going with a high rating. Overall I feel like this is a good solid board. I’ve observed other iSUPs while I’m out and some seem comparable in quality and others not at all close.
-The bag is amazing, soft padding on the back to make carrying easy if you have a distance to walk.
-The pump looks a bit cheap but performs really well, inflated board in under 5min.
- The fin attaches/detaches easily and I haven’t worried about it falling out.
-The leg strap isn’t irritating.
-The colors are vibrant with a pleasing design.
-It rolls/packs up easily.
-The paddle is easy to put together. The handle makes it obvious which direction you should hold the paddle for people who haven’t ever paddled (because it’ll feel weird in your hand if you’re holding it backwards).
-The seams where the glue holds the foam in place appear to be a bit discolored. That happened after my first use and I had it out for a few hours max, and had the foam face down when not on the water. I am admittedly anal about things like this, and that will bother me which is why I’m taking a star off.
-The sides tend to easily mark from the paddle. The other reason the star came off. After my first use, I had part of the GLIDE rubbed off from the paddle rubbing against the board. I don’t think I was being overly aggressive, just paddling around a small reservoir to test the board out and noticed it when I was cleaning the board off.
-Slower than other boards but it’s because it’s wider (for the yoga purposes) no stars off for this. If I want a faster board I will invest in one. Just mentioning it if someone wants a fast board.
Overall: High quality product that suits my needs adequately.
Just received my Glide Lotus inflatable SUP last week. I'm a fairly big guy (6'3", 210) and new to yoga on the water. The Glide rep I spoke to said I could return the board if it wasn't big enough which in the end is why I went through with the purchase. I got this out for a yoga class last week (I live in FL) and it was really fun, and a great workout. The board seemed unstable at first but I quickly realized it was me, not the board. As soon as I found "my center" things improved quickly. Great quality product and I'm looking forward to getting back out later this week.
There's only one yoga sup brand folks! Spare yourself the jealousy when you buy some off brand and realize on the water one day what you've done. Glide is the same price and soooooo much superior!
I bought a Glide Lotus hardboard back in '17 and have used it hundreds of times in those 3+ years. The only issue with that board was portability. Finally decided to go with the Lotus inflatable in order to get to some remote locations. I could not be more thrilled with the purchase. I was worried initially that I'd be sacrificing stability but not so. I was blown away (still am!) by how stable this board is! And if anything it's easier to paddle than the hardboard version. Incredible design work, Glide!
