The logo should face forward. This allows the water to slip more easily past the blade
as it moves through the water.
It takes about 5-10 minutes to pump a glide board. Getting from 0 to 1 PSI will take
about as long as getting from 1 to 15 PSI, so stay patient and keep pumping!
Our recommended PSI is 12-15. However, our proprietary Glide fusion design allows
our boards to be pumped up to a maximum of 25 PSI.
Unscrew the cap on the valve, push down the valve stem and twist. This allows the
board to fully deflate. It is going to be scary, it is going to be loud, but you will not die.
You will help the air escape by rolling up the opposing end until you are close to the
valve. Close the valve by twisting it and you're done! Check out this video we made for

For inflatables, we suggest making sure your board is cleaned off, rolled up in your
bag and stored in a dry place. For hardboards, keep it in a temperature controlled area
(ex. Garage, basement, etc.)
Yes, just make sure it is fully secured.
Yes, but just like you it won’t float forever (you should wear a life-jacket)! After a
couple minutes the shaft will fill with water and sink.
Use a gentle detergent such as, dawn dish soap deluded with water. For really tough
stains we recommend using a magic eraser.
Our hardboards have a 1 year warranty and Inflatables have a 2 year warranty. Read
more about it here: (link)
The pressure gauge doesn’t register until 5 PSI which takes roughly 4-5 minutes of
consistent pumping. So keep pumping. It is working, just keep pumping. Here is a video

Marine PVC glue from any local hardware store will work great! Your board will come
with PVC glue and a patching kit.
The wrench included in the repair kit should ONLY be used for leaking valves.
Should you hear air escaping around the edge of the valve please ONLY use to tighten
by turning clockwise. It should never be used to deflate your board. Improper use of this
tool will void the board warranty. To tighten down your inflator valve. Here is a video
