When your board arrives your box might look damaged but it doesn’t mean the board inside is! Check out this step-by-step unboxing video for further instructions here for hardboards or here for inflatables . If the board itself is damaged please contact customer service.
If you purchase a board within 7 days prior to the start of the sale contact customer service at 1-888-927-9405 and your purchase will be refunded to reflect the current promotion.
