Orders ship M-F and will ship within 24 hours of when you place your order. We ship UPS ground from warehouse in SLC, UT please see below for transit times.
Hardboards
Hardboards are shipped within 48 hours of your order being placed and will arrive via a LTL carrier. It is very important to inspect your boards any damage before you sign for the boards. Once you sign for the board you have accepted it as is. Additional Shipping Fee is required for Florida Keys, Hawaii and Alaska. Please call 888-927-9405 and we can quote you the shipping.
Returns
If you need to return your board please contact customer service to get a RMA number. You are responsible for all return shipping fees. Learn more about our return policy here.
Refunds
